Wyser is an international company responsible for the search and selection of specialized middle and senior level managers within the Gi Group.

We are looking for a "Data Analysis Team Lead' in the Istanbul office for one of our global business partners operating in Turkey's construction, real estate, health, energy and petrochemical fields.

Job Description 

• Leading the business analysis team within the Data Analytics Team which is responsible for Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence processes. 
• The project management of the entire process, from extracting data from the source system to the dashboard stage, is encompassed by this role. 
• Work with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize their data and reporting needs and provide guidance on how to leverage the data warehouse to support their requirements. 
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback. 
• Conduct business process analysis and document business requirements to ensure that data warehouse solutions meet the needs of the business. 
• Work with data architects and developers to design and implement data models that support business requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness. 
• Write and maintain documentation related to data warehousing initiatives, including user manuals, training materials, and process documentation. 
• Manage and resolve conflicts among stakeholders and team members and ensure that project goals and objectives are met. 
• Provide training and support to business users to help them make the most of the data warehouse & business intelligence environment. 
• Identify and document processes and issues related to data warehousing initiatives, and work with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Monitor and report on the performance of data warehouse solutions, and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related or equivalent field. 
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a data warehousing, software development or SAP environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions. 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools. (Power BI)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback. 
• Experience in business process analysis and documentation, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions to complex problems. 
• Strong documentation skills, with experience in developing and maintaining project plans, user manuals, training materials, and other project documentation. 
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation.
