                                       For our Logistics team we are looking for a 

                                                         "Logistics Manager"

The Logistics Manager coordinates and manages all activities related to the procurement of goods and services, the distribution of finished goods, and the disposal of finished goods. In addition, Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the relationships between the various stakeholders involved in the supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and customers.

They ensure that the logistics runs smoothly and efficiently and that the goods and materials are delivered to the right place at the right time and in the right quantity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production and distribution of goods.
• Coordinate the launch of new products and ensure a smooth transition from development to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans for prototype development
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues and problems to minimize disruptions and optimize efficiency.
• Implement and maintain supply chain metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and delivery requirements.

Then you will inspire us if you have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Logistics / Supply Chain experience in an automotive parts manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct Management experience required; technical staff preferred. 
• Advanced Level of English skills both in written and spoken.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of supply chain management IT software and tools and customer portals. 
• SAP knowledge is a must.

• Ability to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery performance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes

• Knowledge of product development and go-to-market processes.

• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards

• Experience with IATF 16949.
