QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for handling the company’s daily legal affairs, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing, and amending contract texts, and providing legal support during negotiations and signing of major company contracts; overseeing the execution of various contracts, and independently leading or participating in litigation and handling legal anomalies.

2. Provide legal support for the company's various business operations, participate in compliance reviews of new products and new businesses, and comprehensively identify, assess, and control potential legal and compliance risks. 

3. Draft and review the company’s business contracts to ensure their legal validity and risk management, including contracts in English and Turkish. 

4. Responsible for selecting and routinely liaising with external law firms, including but not limited to assessing the professional capabilities and quality of legal service providers, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of legal services. 

5. Provide internal legal training to enhance the company staff's ability to identify and manage legal risks, and strengthen the organization’s legal awareness and compliance culture.

**Qualifications:** 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements. 

2. At least 3 years of relevant legal management experience.

 3. Excellent logical thinking, learning, and communication skills, with good initiative and execution. 

4. Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration. 

5. Ability to work in Turkish and Chinese or English, with proficiency in Chinese preferred.
