Job Description: 

·  Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

·  Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations alongside the Convention Sales Manager.

·  Help respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the venue’s facilities and services.

·  Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business.

·  Help understand guest needs and assist in tailoring proposals to meet those requirements.

·  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and event execution.

·  Collaborate with the event planning team to assist in ensuring smooth execution of conventions and events.

·  Coordinate with various departments (catering, audiovisual, logistics) to meet client specifications under the guidance of the Convention Sales Manager.

·  Assist in overseeing event setup and teardown to ensure guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
• Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent English
