Doğanay practices sustainable agriculture at its agricultural lands and uses the latest production techniques and quality standards at its own production facilities in Adana.

 Doğanay’s flagship product is Şalgam and Doğanay is the undisputed market leader and the frame of reference in taste in the country. Doganay’s success is deeply rooted in its know-how to produce a locally consumed, traditional beverage at an industrial scale while keeping its original taste and recipe, followed by its ability to distribute Şalgam across Turkey and internationally as a branded consumer product. Over time, Doğanay managed to expand its portfolio by adding new products such as lemonade, apple, grape and balsamic vinegars, lemon sauce, pomegranate sour, and hot sauce.

 Under Taxim Capital’s ownership, Doğanay will accelerate its growth with a forward-looking and institutionalized management, add many other authentic Anatolian tastes to its portfolio, help them grow nationally, and finally introduce those tastes to the peoples of wider geographies. Thus, as a global producer of local and traditional tastes, Doğanay will seek out to help Turkey play a wider role in the global F&B sector.

Job Description:

·         Involving to design brand strategy and plans by working closely with Brand and Category Managers to ensure excellent execution of the annual brand plans,

·        Assisting development of all elements of the marketing mix including new product, new pack, ATL & BTL communication, media plans, promotional strategies as well as special activities to strengthen brand equity,

·        Monitoring brand performance by analyzing and interpreting competition data, category trends and recommend action plans,

·         Assisting to manage and control brand advertising and promotion budget in order to ensure the effective allocation of the resources that are in line with the agreed strategies,

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Experience at least 2 years brand management career in the FMCG industry,

·         Strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions,

·         Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix,

·         Having strong analytical and conceptual skills,

·        Having superior communication skills,

·        Having a strong business sense and the desire to achieve targets,

·         Fluent in English.
