QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Economics or Business Administration degree
· 1-4 years accounts payable experience
· Import-export accounting experience
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles
· Knowledge of customs rules/legislation
· Knowledge of ERP system
· Excellent command of English
· Ready to work on tight schedules in period closing (quarterly, monthly)
· Strong problem solving skills
· Excellent team player with excellent communication skills
· No military obligation (for male candidates)
İŞ TANIMI
· Enters all foreign vendor invoices into system· Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors
· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
· Set invoices up for payment
· Enters payments into system
· Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings.
· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
· Reconcile accounts payable transactions
· Provide supporting documentation for audits

1 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
