Process Quality Engineer

• University degree in in engineering departments
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Advanced level of communication
• High level of problem solving skills
• Decision maker
• Able to lead cross-functional teams

İŞ TANIMI

• Monitor and improve role’s KPIs (Scrap, Right First Time and escapes (to the next process or to the customer).
• Conduct or update process FMEA when necessary (e.g. new process, lay-out change, method change etc.).
• Monitor, audit and keep updated control plans of the processes.
• Collect all turnback data (defects) from processes, analyse the data and take proper actions.
• Monitor and improve key characteristics capability. Review key characteristics list in a certain period of time and propose additional ones or removing existing ones when necessary.
• Provide proper information flow about quality issues across the functions in company.
• Drive and lead other functions for problem solving activities.
• Plan and implement proper trainings for operators with production team.
